Swiped my finger severaly to navigate to my iPhone next menu just to view my pics, my finger touch weren't responding, probably my iPhone is frozen.
A frozen iPhone won't let the user operate the phone further, because the screen is stacked in a place and is not responding to any touch; screen touch and button click won't work.
...For a time of one or two you might have experienced this but don't know how to handle the issue, read below for solution.
How to unfreeze a freezed iPhone.
1st method "power off and restart method"
This method is simple and won't take you much time, as you have to force the phone to restart; press-hold the Sleep/Wake button at the top of your device, until you notice a red slider on your device screen, slide the red slider to power off your device.
2nd Method "Factory reset method "

This method is effective as the first method.
All is required is to factory reset your device; fear not for you won't loose your data(picfure, music, video, e.t.c) after this process, as your data will still be intact in your device storage.
"To factory reset your iPhone" ...press and hold the Sleep/Wake button at the top and the Home button all at the same time.
Continue this until you see an apple logo,
let go all the pressed Button's, and your phone will restart, after this your phone will function as normal.
