How to display AddThis share Button on blogger blog

...one of the ways a blogger makes his blog post popular, shared and read by many, is by adding a social share button to his blog post; either below or at the top.


In this post I will take you trough a tutorial on how to us "add this" social share button on your blog post to reach more audience or people. One spectacular thing about the add this social share button is, it let's one know how many times a post is shared on each social networking site e.g facebook, Google+, linkden e.t.c, not only this it gives one an option to share his blog post to over 200 social sites.



How to add the add this social share button to your blogger blog.


1. Lunch your browser, ...on the address bar type this site name to open www.addthis.com/get/sharing page or click here to open.


2. To get the addThis social share button, you must be a registered member. Click on the Creat Account button to begin the registration process.(see image below)


...you will be asked to fill the void boxes with the appropriate information e.g your names, email, phone number e.t.c.


After filling the boxes click on Register, as seen on the image above.


3. After you clicked on the register button; you are automatically logged in.
Now below the Get Sharing Button


select the A website(see image above)  from the options provided.


4. Select the share button style, choose the one you think is best suitable to your blog or site.
You can preview the share button style, locate the preview button at the right side of you screen.


5. After you have chooses the button style. A code will be provided to you, click on the grab it Button to copy the code.


Note; the code provided will be similar or closely look like the code below.

Now after you have created the button, chosed the style and copied the code; let's add it to the footer of your blog post.

How to add the share button to the footer of your blog post.


Step1. Login in to your blogger dashboard, locate the blog Template option and click on EDIT HTML.


Step2. Click anywhere in the code area, click this code command CTRL+F, this will open a blank search box.

Select the code below and paste it into the blank search box


Now paste the AddThis share button above the code.

Note; if you want the AddThis share button to appear at the beginning of your blog post, add the share button below this code

Simply paste this code &nbsp;in the blank search box to search for it, now paste the AddThis social share button below this code



How to add more AddThis social share Button.

...lets say after you might have added the AddThis social share button to you blog post. You might want to add more social site button simply login to your AddThis membership account.

From the "get sharing Button for" select the A website option, get the code of the particular social site AddThis social share Button, by clicking on the Grab it Button.

(A.) If you want to change the "Share" text to you preference change the word in blue color.

(B.) &nbsp;to change the color of the button according to your blog template color, modify the two values red.

How to disable Apple pay pop up on home screen.

Apple pay with the cost of time is now been integrated into the ios, it stand a good chance of you setting it up for use in app, irrespective of you not using it in the apple i-store.

By default as to say the way it comes with any iPhone, when the home button is double clicked, the Apple pay pop up; this might be annoying because it do interfere with the smart ability of your iPhone or it makes one go through unnecessary procedures before he can perform a task or lunch an app.

One might be willing to disable this Apple pay pop up for security reasons or privacy.

How to disable the Apple pay pop up


To do this follow the steps below.

1. Open the your phone settings by tapping the setting icon

2. Navigate to Wallet and Apple pay.

3. Set "Double click to Off",


this renders the double clicking powerless. Actually double clicking the home button will do nothing.
