When you violate the Google Terms Of Service(TOS ), this is the basic reason you must backup you BlogSpot blog

Google are so strict with there rule that even the most popular and trusted blog get banned once it disobey the google TOS.

Think of Linda of lindaikejisblog.com, got banned, so think of how Google take there policy mean.

A blog might be banned or hacked, it's certain that the BlogSpost blog content might get lost, for you to retrieve the lost contents , you do have to upload them.

How to Backup BlogSpot blog



Login in to your Blogger Dashboard, and locate the Settings option at the left down side of your screen, click on it to see more options, scroll down click on Other, here you will see import Content and Backup Content at the top of you screen.


Click on Backup Content if you want to Backup your blog.

If you have did the Backup before and wants to import the contents, click on Import contents.



Advice

I do suggest you back up your blog weekly or monthly, depends on how you updated your blog.
